Hiring | Mainframe Professional (6–9 Years Experience)
We are looking for a skilled Mainframe Developer professional with 6–9 years of experience to join our team and support mission-critical enterprise systems.
Location: Chennai / Bangalore
Experience: 6–9 years - Immediate joiners are preferred
Mandatory Skillset
Expertise in COBOL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, JCL MVS, Endeavor ISPF, TSO, CICS, Control-M and basic IBM utilities
Good to Have
• Knowledge of Microservices Architecture concepts and emerging patterns
• Experience with APIs and Web Services (REST / SOAP), Core Java, J2EE
• Familiarity with Spring and Spring Boot
General Expectations
• Good communication skills
• Must be ready to work in 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM shift
• Flexible to work in client location – Chennai / Bangalore
• Must be ready to work from office in a Hybrid work workplace (Full Remote is not an option) Expect full return to office in 2026

• Notice period should be 4 weeks or less

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, enhance, test,



and support Mainframe applications to ensure stability and performance of business critical systems.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex Mainframe programs, demonstrating robust problem solving and analytical skills.
• Maintain and support systems in the MVS Mainframe environment, ensuring compliance with operational standards.
• Actively participate in an Agile delivery model, contributing to sprint planning, development, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver aligned solutions.
• Ensure high quality, timely delivery of solutions in accordance with defined project timelines and service expectations.
