We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Salesforce and digital transformation programs across diverse business environments. This role is responsible for managing the complete project lifecycle—from project initiation and planning to execution, governance, stakeholder engagement, and successful delivery.
As a strategic leader, you will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, architects, consultants, and delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. The role requires strong expertise in Salesforce implementation projects, project governance, resource management, and delivery excellence across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
This position is ideal for a highly organized and client-focused professional who can balance multiple priorities, lead cross-functional teams,



and drive complex transformation initiatives while maintaining exceptional delivery standards.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementation, enhancement, migration, and support projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and delivery strategies.
- Establish project governance frameworks and ensure adherence to delivery best practices.
- Manage project schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigation plans to ensure successful execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and robust stakeholder relationships.
- Facilitate discovery workshops, project reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive status updates.
- Drive Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, backlog management, stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning.
