As a Learning support professional in the KYC Learning, you will translate complex KYC policy and process requirements into clear, practical learning that measurably improves due diligence accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. You will deliver onboarding and refresher sessions, develop and maintain training materials, and partner closely with Operations and cross-functional teams to drive consistent execution and continuous improvement.



This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in KYC and learning enablement while contributing directly to the firm’s control setting and operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate and deliver training across KYC/LDD processes, including onboarding, refresher sessions, and targeted deep-dives.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align learning content to regulatory standards and required KYC procedures, supporting high-quality and timely completion of client-level due diligence.
- Translate data collection and verification requirements into practical learning materials (standard operating procedures, job aids, decks, FAQs) that reinforce accurate and complete KYC records.
- Maintain and update learning content in line with policy and procedure changes; manage version control and adoption of updates.
