About the Role

Looking for Head of Performance Marketing to lead our customer acquisition and revenue growth initiatives through data-driven marketing strategies. This senior leader will take ownership of performance marketing across paid channels, drive ROI-focused campaigns, manage budgets, lead a high-performing team, and align efforts with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development

Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across Paid Search (PPC), Paid Social, Display, and Affiliate Marketing.

Align marketing efforts with overall business growth and revenue goals.

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of performance marketers.

Foster a culture of experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and accountability.

Campaign Management

Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across platforms like Google Ads,



Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Tiktok ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.

Ensure full-funnel optimization from awareness to conversion.

Budget Ownership

Own and allocate multi-channel performance marketing budgets.

Maximize efficiency by balancing CAC, ROAS, LTV, and other financial KPIs.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

Track and analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as ROI, CAC, CPC, CPM, CLV, and conversion rates.

Use insights to run continuous A/B tests, iterate creatives, and optimize campaign outcomes.

Stakeholder Communication

Present performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Content, and Creative teams.

Agency & Vendor Management
