- Agency Experience: At least 2 years working in an agency setting

Candidate Qualification Criteria
- Minimum 4 years of experience in video editing and graphic design.
- Must have excellent video editing skills, with experience in editing reels and YouTube videos.
- Must have worked in a creative agency for at least 2 years.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) is essential + Canva.

Technical Skills Assessment
- Video Editing Expertise:
- Ask for specific examples of reels and YouTube videos they have edited. Evaluate the quality of editing, transitions, and engagement strategies used.
- Assess their understanding of video formats and requirements for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram Reels, YouTube).
- Ask how they approach editing short-form content like reels vs. long-form content like YouTube videos. Look for knowledge in:
- Storyboarding: Planning content for effective storytelling.




- Transitions & Effects: Using transitions, overlays, and visual effects creatively.
- Color Grading: Ensuring videos have a consistent and professional look.
- Audio Mixing: Syncing and editing audio tracks, adding sound effects and music.

Graphic Design Skills:
- Ask about their experience designing for various formats such as social media posts, advertisements, banners, logos, and infographics.
- Evaluate their understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, branding, and layout design.
- Pose a scenario-based question: “If tasked with creating an Instagram post for a product launch, what would be your approach in terms of design elements and style?”
- Expect them to explain how they use design principles to create visually engaging and on-brand content.

Motion Graphics and Animation:
- Inquire about experience with creating motion graphics using After Effects. Ask for examples such as logo animations o
