Role Purpose
As Analyst I - Regional HR at Accelya, you will provide HR generalist support to employees and managers in assigned regional markets, assisting with HR processes, employment matters, onboarding and people queries across our global airline technology workforce.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Provide first-line HR support to employees and managers in assigned regional markets, addressing HR queries, policies and processes in line with local legislation
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for current starters and leavers in assigned regions, ensuring a positive and compliant experience




• Maintain accurate employee records in Workday HCM, ensuring all regional data is current and correctly reflects local employment terms
• Support employee relations matters at an early stage, escalating complex cases to senior HR professionals for guidance
• Assist in administering local benefits, leave entitlements and compensation processes in line with regional requirements
• Use generative AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT or equivalent, Microsoft Copilot) to draft HR communications, policy summaries and manager guidance documents for regional audiences
• Contribute to HR compliance activities including local statutory reporting, audit preparation and employment documentation management

Required Experience & Skills
• 0–2 years of experience in an HR generalist, regional HR or HR coordinator role
• Basic understanding of employment law and HR processes in at least one relevant jurisdiction
• Good communicatio
