Work you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end engagement delivery and act as the primary liaison between Cady stakeholders and technical teams.

• Define modernization roadmaps, architectural decisions, and governance practices across domains.

• Lead stakeholder workshops on cost optimization, scalability, and security.

• Oversee solution design, risk management, and governance.

• Drive innovation and best practices in architecture.

• Ensure alignment of workflow automation, CI/CD, DevOps, and security practices with business goals.

• Ensure architecture aligns with AWS best practices (Well-Architected Framework).

• Oversee adoption of AWS Managed Kafka, ECS Fargate, RDS PostgreSQL.

Roles & responsibilities:





•5+ years’ experience working as a lead or senior roles

Proven experience in legacy app modernization.

• Strong expertise in enterprise architecture (data/apps/cloud).

• Experience in stakeholder management and pre-sales.

• Deep experience in the AWS ecosystem (IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, RDS, Secrets Manager).

• Knowledge of Camunda for BPM/workflow modeling and AWS API Gateway for service architecture.

• Familiar with CI/CD using GitHub Actions, SonarQube for code quality, and up-to-date observability tools like Prometheus/Grafana.
