Description
- Oversee inbound customer interactions across calls, chats, and emails to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Ensure customer queries, concerns, and complaints are resolved accurately and within established timelines.
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring consistent, courteous, and skilled communication standards.
- Monitor escalations and provide timely resolution to complex customer issues.
