Role & Responsibility
- The ideal candidate should have experience in various aspects of project management with a solid focus on technical expertise, team leadership, stakeholder management, and delivering high-quality software solutions that meet customer expectations.
- 1. Project Planning and Management
- o Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop project plans and timelines. Allocate resources and manage project budget.
- 2. Stakeholder Management:
- o Coordinate with stakeholders to establish a comprehensive project schedule and implementation plan.
- o Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to finalize a project charter detailing scope, objectives, deliverables, resource needs, budget, and timeline.
- 3. Project Documentation and Change Request management
- o Develop and oversee project documentation,



ensuring approval through change request processes.
- 4. Team Leadership:
- o Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.
- o Motivate project team members and facilitate effective communication.
- o Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams.
- 5. Monitor and Control
- o Monitor project milestones, providing regular updates and status reports to MPSEDC.
- o Prepare regular status reports and presentations for management.
- 6. Quality Assurance:
- o Ensure that all projects are delivered with high quality standards.
- o Perform quality assurance checks and ensure adherence to project specifications.
