Roles and Responsibilities:
- Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements
- Produce training schedules and classroom agenda
- Determine course content according to objectives
- Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)
- Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually
- Arrange and conduct in office training when needed
- Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.
- Observe and evaluate results of training programs
- Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements

Key Skills:
- Technical trainers design, develop, implement, and evaluate technical training programs.
- They prepare lesson plans, course outlines, schedules, and assignments.




- They identify the main objectives and skills or concepts that participants need to learn.
- They explain key concepts and principles, and create assignments or hands-on activities to allow students to develop practical skills.
- Trainers also work in close collaboration with other internal teams and stakeholders to develop course content and goals.
- They establish metrics for determining course outcomes and participant performance
