Job Description:

Overview
An Export Logistics (Agri/Spices/Soya) role will be responsible for managing and coordinating the shipment of goods from a country to international destinations. It involves overseeing the entire export logistics process to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. The role plays a vital part in maintaining solid relationships with international partners, optimizing supply chain efficiency, and ensuring compliance with export regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor export shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Negotiate freight rates and select optimal transportation methods
- Prepare and manage export documentation, including customs clearance
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast shipping needs and maintain adequate inventory levels
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and trade compliance policies
- Assess and optimize supply chain processes to minimize costs and improve efficiency




- Communicate with international partners to address logistical issues and maintain strong relationships
- Track and report key performance indicators related to export logistics
- Manage and resolve shipment delays and disruptions
- Provide guidance and support for export compliance and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications
