Roles & Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Act as the primary contact for technical questions, offering assistance and communicating with business users.




- Application Support & Enhancement: Provide L1/L2 support for Enablon, troubleshooting bugs, performance bottlenecks, and environmental issues.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve application issues reported by users; perform root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent re-occurrence.
- System Configuration: Use Enablon Builder to design and configure forms, fields, workflows, and access rights management.
- Data Management & Integrations: Perform data imports/exports and maintain integrations between Enablon and other enterprise systems using APIs.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical design documents, user manuals, and knowledge base articles.

Must Have Skills:
- Experience: 3–6 years of hands-on experience with the Enablon Software Platform.
