What would you do? Identify and source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and talent databases




Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
Conduct initial outreach and engage candidates to assess interest and fit
Use platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases for sourcing
Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Track sourcing metrics such as pipeline strength, conversion rates, and time-to-fill
Stay updated on industry trends and talent market insights
