Main Responsibilities:
Medical Maanger Rare disease will participate to and execute the Medical and scientific (non-promotional) strategy for the SE Asia & India MCO portfolio/ therapeutic area of Rare Disease in close partnership with the other functional franchise colleagues and in alignment with the overall franchise strategy.
The main responsibilities include:

RD Max Strategy & Execution
- Contribute to the strategic development and execution of the enhanced RD initiatives, supporting transformational change in rare disease diagnosis and patient identification across India




- Support the strategic deployment of the digital diagnostic platforms across COEs, demonstrating knowledge of digital health technologies and their integration into clinical workflows
- Monitor and support Laboratory optimization initiatives for patient flow through diagnostic pathways to minimize leakage and maximize patient identification
- Lead the global humanitarian program in India and ensure support to patients in line with global and local compliance policies
- Support and guide high-risk screening initiatives across India

Medical & Scientific Strategy
- Be the trusted scientific partner to key external experts by conducting timely, appropriate and frequent scientific exchanges to enhance the understanding of the scientific and medical value of our products.
