Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Node.js and MongoDB Developer with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in developing server-side applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in building scalable, high-performance backend systems, be proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, and have a solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and databases.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services using Node.js.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Work with MongoDB to design and optimise database schemas, queries, and performance.
- Apply robust Data Structures and Algorithms knowledge to solve complex challenges in system design and performance optimization.
- Architect and implement solutions using serverless technologies like AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, or Google Cloud Functions.
- Handle complex error handling and debugging to ensure a seamless user experience and uptime.




- Implement caching solutions to improve performance using technologies like Redis or Memcached.
- Implement email and SMS functionalities using third-party services like SendGrid, Twilio, etc.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration with backend services.
- Participate in code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and share best practices with the team.
- Debug and resolve production issues and implement long-term fixes.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and integrate new technologies and techniques into existing systems.
- Contribute to the CI/CD pipeline and improve the development process.

Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in backend development with Node.js.
- Strong knowledge of MongoDB: data modelling, indexing, aggregation, and performance optimization.
- Expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) with a proven ability to implement and optimise for performance and scalability.
