The Senior Analyst, HR Transformation will be based either in one of these APAC locations and support the successful delivery of the APAC HR Transformation initiative. The role facilitates alignment, contributes to project delivery, champions change management, ensures evidence of success, and acts as the geographic point of contact and change champion. It also co‑leads organization design and process harmonization under the guidance of the Workstreams Lead. Working in close partnership with diverse stakeholders in cross‑functional transformation teams,



this role ensures local market insight, operational feasibility, stakeholder alignment, and consistent adoption of the future state HR operating model across APAC.

Responsibilities

1) Geography Point-of-Contact & Change Champion
- Act as the primary transformation representative for the assigned geography, contributing local market insights, regulatory considerations, and operational implications.
- Partner with the Senior Program Manager to co-lead and champion geography change management by role‑modeling resilience, accountability, and adaptability, while providing coaching and hands‑on collaboration with geography teams to implement change effectively, embed recent ways of working, and deliver change management deliverables.

2) Process Harmonization and Simplification
- Co-lead one HR process harmonization and simplification area with guidance from the Workstreams Lead.
