Graduate – Graduate in IT / MCA/ and/ or skilled certification (alternately: NIIT, CDAC or equivalent)

Area of Expertise/ Key Role & responsibilities
• Payment Industry – Card Management System , Issuance, Card Life Cycle Management, Recon / Settlement (Preferred), Portal
• Knowledge on JIRA, Confluence , Scrum/ Sprint , Agile Process , Understanding deep level on Product Development Nuances and Costing, Tracking , P&L; (effort estimate vs expenses) dashboard is MUST
• Overall Concept / Knowledge on – Systems at Functional and Non-Functional Level , is preferred
• Payment (Issuance / CMS) Domain expertise , similar work handling will be preferred (Target : Aurionpro, M2P, PayTM, SafexPay, JIO Payment)
• Should be from Payment & specifically from Issuance Domain

Salary Budget (CTC) 20-24 Lakhs
Year of Experience- 6-8 yrs exp, in Product Management, and with proven Business Analyst
