About the Opportunity

You will join a fast-growing leader in enterprise digital transformation and software engineering services. Operating at the forefront of web and cloud-based solutions, this organization builds mission-critical applications for clients across finance, healthcare, telecom, and retail verticals. As a Senior Software Engineer based in India, you will be embedded on-site with cross-functional teams to architect, develop, and deliver scalable, high-performance systems.

Role & Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain end-to-end software modules in a microservices environment using Java, Python, or JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and QA engineers to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and champion best practices in CI/CD, test automation, and security.
- Troubleshoot, profile, and optimize production applications—ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers—sharing knowledge of software design patterns,



performance tuning, and agile methodologies.
- Contribute to architectural discussions—evaluating current technologies, estimating effort, and driving continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices design, and server-side frameworks (Spring Boot, Express.js).
- Hands-on experience with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases.
- Proficient in Git-based workflows, build tools (Maven, Gradle), and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Experience diagnosing performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and concurrency issues in production systems.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and container orchestration (Docker,
