Job Title: JDE EnterpriseOne CNC Support Engineer

About the Role
As a JDE EnterpriseOne CNC Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting of the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 ERP workplace. You will partner with development and operations teams to ensure system stability, perform CNC (Config, Network & CNC) services, and drive issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide ongoing CNC services: package builds, deployments, user/security setups, printer configs, change management
• Monitor system health and performance; troubleshoot and resolve application and infrastructure issues
• Maintain and patch JDE application servers, databases, and related middleware
• Execute scheduled activities (backups, batch jobs, upgrades, deployments)
• Manage incidents, service requests, and change tickets via JIRA and ServiceNow




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and best practices
• Develop and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and technical documentation

Required Skills & Proficiency
• JDE EnterpriseOne CNC (9.2) — Level 4
• SQL Server administration & optimization — Level 4
• Production support & operations — Level 4

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 8+ years supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne in production environments
• Hands-on experience with CNC tools, Oracle/SQL Server databases, and middleware
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and ticketing systems (JIRA, ServiceNow)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities
