Job Title: Testing Engineer (Technical Services)

Position Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Testing Engineer to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge SaaS applications. You will be involved throughout the entire application testing life cycle, from planning and execution to reporting, with a strong focus on API performance and load testing.



This role requires a proactive individual who can thrive in an Agile setting and help maintain the high standards of our product.

Key Responsibilities
•Own the QA Strategy (Test Design & Execution): Design, establish, and execute our comprehensive manual and automated testing strategies from the ground up for our platform.
•Rigorous End-to-End Testing: Perform comprehensive testing across the entire application lifecycle, including functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing to ensure flawless service delivery.
•Performance & Load Testing: Conduct deep API performance and load testing. Act as the gatekeeper for scalability, stability, and responsiveness of the application under various user loads.
•SaaS Validation: Validate complex data integrity, user permissions, and security within a multi-tenant architecture.
