Job Title: Physician Assistant – Birthing
Location: Jupiter Hospital, Dombivli

Job Summary:
The Physician Assistant – Birthing supports obstetricians and the clinical team in providing protected, compassionate, and high-quality care to mothers during antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal periods. The role involves patient assessment, clinical assistance, documentation, and coordination of patient care within the birthing unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist obstetricians during patient evaluations, labor management, and clinical procedures.
- Monitor maternal and fetal well-being and report any abnormalities to the consultant.
- Support the coordination of admissions, investigations, and treatment plans for birthing patients.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
- Provide patient and family education regarding pregnancy,



labor, delivery, and postnatal care.
- Coordinate with nursing staff and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Assist in emergency obstetric situations as directed by the consultant.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, quality standards, and infection control practices.

Qualification & Experience:
- MBBS/BAMS/BHMS or Bachelor's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies or equivalent.
- 0–3 years of experience in Obstetrics & Gynecology/Birthing Services preferred.
