We’re looking for a Lead Data Engineer (SQL & Python) to join our team in India. In this role, you’ll design and deliver data solutions that meet business and customer needs, ensuring Clario clients can successfully use our products in clinical trials. You will also lead and mentor a team of Data Delivery Engineers, fostering collaboration and driving project execution.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and deliver data solutions to support clinical trials
- Recommend design approaches and reporting options for successful trial execution
- Develop complex custom solutions to optimize data flow across internal systems




- Design and configure integrations with external systems
- Create custom reports and dashboards integrating multiple data sources
- Attend study meetings, review specifications, and provide technical consultation
- Perform code reviews, peer reviews, and resolve defects promptly
- Document work through release notes and ensure proper unit testing across environments
- Troubleshoot technical issues and serve as the last line of defense for escalations
- Lead and mentor team members, assist with training, and foster a collaborative environment
- Drive strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and automate processes
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Participate in client-facing meetings and act as a subject matter expert for technical escalations
- Coordinate deliverables, schedules, and prioritization for the Data Delivery team
