Role Overview
As the Lead - New Product Initiative, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end development of a new mobile application. This role combines technical leadership, team management, and strategic planning to deliver high-impact products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, define roadmaps, and ensure seamless execution of development tasks while maintaining a strong focus on innovation and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the development of the new mobile app initiative, driving project success from ideation to launch.
- Define product development roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring their growth and alignment with project objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and leadership, to define and prioritize features.
- Technical Oversight
- Oversee the architecture and development of mobile applications using React Native.




- Collaborate with backend teams working on Spring Boot APIs to ensure seamless integration.
- Maintain a high-level understanding of CI/CD pipelines to support efficient deployments and updates.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and performance optimization.
- Process & Delivery Management
- Set up and maintain agile workflows, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery of features.
- Monitor and manage resource allocation, project risks, and timelines.
- Drive continuous improvement in team performance, tools, and processes.

Required Qualifications
Technical Expertise
- 6-7+ years of hands-on experience in mobile application development using React Native.
- Robust understanding of backend integrations with Spring Boot APIs.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and DevOps workflows.
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms and hosting environments (AWS/GCP preferred).
