Responsibilities:
- Independently drive (Deliver & Grow) $1MN+ annual revenue in consulting and delivery for Fortune 50 Pharma clients
- Can work across variety of projects from advanced analytics, adhoc analysis and reporting and support to deliver programs with Agentic AI transformation across Field-force transformation, omnichannel commercial excellence,



marketing analytics, next best action, content tagging, patient service/ Fieldforce Copilot Programs leveraging Gen AI, AI, MLOp, LLM ops, Cloud engineering from India, alongside Practice delivery leader
- Aim of client satisfaction (NPS 70+) with delivery excellence, ensuring high-quality project outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Proficient in advanced analytics and solve business problems leveraging data and tools such as R / Python / SQL / Dataiku / Databricks
- Ability to work on prescriptive, descriptive and predictive models using well known ML technique using Python, R-Studio, PySpark
- Robust in logical reasoning, structuring of analysis, asking the right questions and logical approach to analyse data, problems, and situations.
- Drive daily client and account calls, representing the Pharma team and contributing to strategic discussions.
