Senior Manager-Projects Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced Civil Engineer to lead and manage civil engineering aspects of large-scale capital projects.



The role involves end-to-end responsibility across design coordination, site execution, quality assurance, contractor management, and regulatory compliance, especially within a cGMP-regulated setting.Project Planning & Execution
- Lead civil engineering activities across project lifecycle – from concept/design review to execution and project close-out.
- Review layouts, structural drawings, BOQs, specifications, and ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Develop and monitor civil project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

Design Coordination & Engineering Management
- Coordinate with design engineering consultants (DECs) for civil and structural design deliverables.
- Review technical submissions, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Resolve design-related issues in coordination with cross-functional teams (MEP, process, architecture).
