Overview

We are seeking a high‑impact HR Business Partner who is not only a strategic thought partner but also exceptionally solid with numbers, analytics, and business insights. This individual will play a critical role in shaping people strategy in India, driving organizational transformation, and enabling business performance across global teams.

The ideal candidate is business‑savvy, highly analytical, action‑oriented, comfortable making decisions, and skilled at navigating complex stakeholder relationships while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.





This role partners closely with business leadership as an HRBP and additionally oversees select site responsibilities related to workplace governance and employee experience.
