Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Performance Marketing:
· Design and lead data-driven, multi-channel performance marketing strategies to achieve long-term ROI and brand growth objectives.
· Develop comprehensive frameworks for campaign planning and execution across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
· Analyze and forecast performance trends to inform high-level decision-making, optimizing key metrics such as CPM, CAC, and ROAS.
· Lead cross-functional brainstorming to ideate creative marketing approaches that drive growth while staying ahead of industry trends.
Marketplaces Strategy & Management:
· Develop a strategic roadmap to elevate presence and sales performance on platforms like Amazon, Nykaa, Tira.
· Define long-term goals for marketplace visibility, leveraging analytics to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation.
· Implement strategies that build competitive advantages within marketplaces,



enhancing customer acquisition and retention.
- Leverage marketplace data and trends to craft recommendations and actionable plans that elevate the brand’s presence and performance.

Website Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the company website is optimized for performance, usability, and customer conversions.
- Develop strategies to increase website traffic through a mix of paid campaigns, SEO, and impactful partnerships.
- Utilize analytics tools to track website performance, identify gaps, and execute timely improvements to enhance the user journey.

Agency & Vendor Management:

· Build strategic relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring alignment with company’s goals and brand narrative.
