WHO YOU ARE:
The Associate II – Annuity Processing (Post-Issue) is responsible for managing post issue annuity transactions with a high degree of accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. This role supports the ongoing servicing of annuity contracts after policy issuance and requires working knowledge of annuity products, solid attention to detail, and the ability to independently handle moderately complex transactions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Process post-issue annuity transactions including policy changes,



withdrawals, transfers, beneficiary updates, address changes, and ownership updates
• Review and validate post-issue requests and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure all transactions comply with company policies, carrier guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Perform calculations related to withdrawals, surrender charges, fees, and tax implications as applicable
• Research and resolve discrepancies, errors, or missing information through coordination with internal teams, carriers, and external partners
• Update and maintain accurate records in policy administration systems
• Meet established service-level agreements (SLAs), productivity targets, and quality standards
• Identify trends, recurring issues, and process improvement opportunities
• Provide guidance or informal mentoring to Associate I team members as needed
• Participate in audits, quality reviews
