About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Manager to lead both Human Resources Operations and Talent Acquisition functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, compliance, and stakeholder management. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across functions and levels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.




- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring effectiveness.

HR Operations
- Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit management.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ensure smooth execution of payroll inputs, attendance management, leave administration, and employee advantages.
- Drive HR policies, processes, and compliance initiatives.
- Handle employee grievances and support employee engagement activities.
