Role Overview

We're seeking a proactive HR intern who will gain hands-on experience in human resources while contributing to the development and implementation of company policies. This role offers exceptional learning opportunities in a fast-paced tech environment, with mentorship from experienced HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Policy Development & Documentation
- Research, draft, and update employee policies and procedures




- Develop comprehensive employee handbook sections
- Create policy templates for various HR functions
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations
- Collaborate with leadership to align policies with company culture and values

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Support end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communications
- Maintain applicant tracking system and recruitment metrics
- Assist with job posting creation and distribution

Employee Onboarding & Engagement
- Design and improve onboarding processes for recent hires
- Conduct orientation sessions and coordinate training programs
- Support employee engagement initiatives and surveys
- Assist with performance management processes
- Help organize team building activities and company events
