Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to join our Operations IT team Hyderabad, India. On this role, the TPM will lead the end-to-end development of GenAI-powered applications for the Operations IT team, driving innovation and efficiency across a complex, multi-platform environment. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on development, embedding GenAI capabilities including prompt engineering and Agentic AI into enterprise systems to deliver intelligent, scalable solutions that optimize operations and accelerate business outcomes. As a key technical leader, you will define architecture vision, set engineering standards,



and mentor teams while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to design well-architected, future-ready systems. This position aligns with the broader Technology organization’s commitment to agile practices, automation, and continuous improvement, ensuring speed, quality, and reliability in software delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the AI roadmap for the Operations IT platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and Operations IT objectives.
- Champion Agile and Secure principles by driving iterative delivery, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring teams operate with clarity, velocity, and predictable execution.
- Build POCs and prototypes to validate ideas and accelerate delivery.
