Role Overview
This role is responsible for driving finance transformation, reporting modernization, and advanced analytics across Expense Insights. The AVP will act as a Techno-Functional SME, combining deep financial expertise with strong data, automation, and visualization capabilities to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions. The role requires independent ownership of complex reporting and transformation initiatives while partnering with senior stakeholders across Finance, Business, and Technology teams.

Key Responsibilities – Functional (FP&A; & Business Insights)
- Manage end-to-end processes including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and expense management.
- Deliver monthly management reporting and insights including KPI tracking and performance trends.
- Partner with BU CFO teams, Central FP&A;, and HR/Advantages teams to support planning cycles.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision-making and cost transparency.
- Drive reporting standardization, governance, and data quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities – Technical (Analytics,



Automation & Transformation)
- Design and develop dashboards and analytics solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx.
- Build automated workflows and data pipelines using Alteryx, SQL, and Excel (VBA/Macros).
- Deliver self-service reporting, KPI scorecards, and executive dashboards.
- Manage end-to-end data processes across finance systems.
- Lead automation and reporting transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Implement data governance, controls, and best practices in reporting platforms.

Transformation & Leadership
- Identify and lead process improvement and automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with Finance, Technology, and Business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
- Mentor team members and promote analytics and automation best practices.
