This model requires the ability to work in a hybrid mode from our office in Noida/Bengaluru (1 to 2 times/ week). Our office culture is designed to foster in-person innovation, collaboration, and connection with team members, local and visiting, from other global offices.

The Prospect
The role of an Application Development Project Lead is for identifying and resolving mid to high complexity configuration issues throughout the client implementation/ongoing process. The position requires technical proficiency in programming and configuring tasks related to pension calculations, forms and letters, and web configuration. Application Development Module Lead will work in a support role on mid to high-complexity projects/issues.

Responsibilities
- Execute assigned tasks of Defect analysis, configuration, and unit testing.
- Develop and execute Unit test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Defect Fixes for Mid to High complexity – Forms & Letters | Web Config components.
