Job Description :
Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related field. Position does not require specific years of experience but requires listed skills.

Roles & Responsibilities :
· Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Spark, Scala/Python.
· Develop complex software features to streamline and scale Batch Jobs and support advertising propensity models.
· Build software components in Scala/Python to load large volumes of data to into SQL databases and clouds such as GCS.
· Implement extensible frameworks to integrate external ad serving platforms and import statistical and impression log data.
· Set up ETL Jobs and workflows to move large volumes of distributed data from various sources to secondary datacenters for business continuity and disaster recovery purposes.




· Maintain automated software test suites for all current software features and enhancements.
· Participate in the discovery phase of small to medium sized software engineering projects to come up with high level designs by partnering with the product management, project management, business, and user experience teams.

Skills required:
· Experience delivering highly scalable and reliable production ready code.
· Experience designing, developing, and operating code across multiple production systems.
· Experience working with Spark and Scala/Python in large-scale Analytics Systems that are capable of ingesting, managing, storing, and analyzing hundreds of terabytes of data.
· Demonstrated knowledge of RDBMS: MySQL.
· Demonstrated knowledge of NoSQL Databases: Hive/Cassandra.
