We provide career opportunities in India, USA and other countries. Your role is to recruit candidates. Pay will be performance based. No fixed monthly salary would be paid.
We recruit for many companies. Some companies take 45 days to make payment after the candidate joins, while others take as much as 105 days.
In case you recruit a candidate with notice period of 3 months, in the worst case, it will take 6.5 months to get the payment. Best case is 45 days (if the candidate joins immediately & payment terms is 45 days).
