Key Responsibilities:
● Leadership & Team Management: High Agency Mindset
● Lead and mentor a team of structural engineers and Tekla modelers.
● Foster a culture of innovation and effi ciency within the team. Design & Analysis:
● Oversee the structural design of PEB structures, commercial and industrial steel buildings, LGSF buildings, and RCC foundations.
● Implement dynamic workfl ows for structural design automation to enhance productivity. Project Coordination:
● Collaborate with the tender team to ensure precise quantity estimations for steel and RCC components.
● Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
● On-site Support & Problem Solving:
● Address onsite construction issues promptly to uphold safe construction practices.
● Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifi cations and safety regulations. Quality Assurance:
● Review engineering plans, specifi cations, and reports to ensure adherence to industry standards.




● Implement quality control measures throughout the design and construction phases.
Qualifi cations:
● Structural Engineering; a Master’s degree is preferred.
● Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on steel structures.
● Profi ciency in structural design software (Staad Pro, RCDC, ETABS, Revit, SDS2 Tekla, AutoCAD).
● Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methodologies. Skills:
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
● Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
