We are hiring a Senior Python Developer with 6+ years of experience to build scalable data and AI-driven solutions. You will lead high-impact projects leveraging AWS, ETL pipelines, SQL, and Claude/LLM integrations, while influencing technical strategy and product direction.

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Python-based applications and ETL pipelines.
- Design scalable solutions using AWS (S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, etc.).
- Write optimized SQL queries for large datasets.
- Integrate AI/LLM solutions (e.g., Claude) into applications.
- Perform code reviews focusing on performance, security, and ethical AI.
- Lead Agile delivery, define tasks, track progress, and ensure timely release.
- Troubleshoot complex systems and optimize performance.
- Mentor team members and guide best practices.

Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience in Python development.
- Senior Python Developer (AWS | ETL | SQL | AI/Claude)
- Hands-on experience with AWS, ETL processes, and data pipelines.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and database optimization.




- Experience with AI/LLM integration (Claude/OpenAI/etc.).
