Asset Management Technology is seeking a highly motivated individual contributor for the Fidelity Asset Management – Risk Platform technology team in India. As engineering leader, the associate would need to have a thorough experience in Engineering and Agile practices along with Stakeholder management.
The associate is expected to be a Engineering Manager with technical knowledge of different areas but not limited to AWS Cloud, Application Development using Object Oriented and Messaging related technologies. A thorough knowledge of CI/CD processes would be an added advantage.

The Purpose of Your Role
We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Engineering Manager to lead the development of our comprehensive, in-house investment risk platform. This is a critical leadership role that will shape the future of our risk management capabilities. The ideal candidate will be a "player-coach" with a deep technical background, a passion for mentorship,



and a product-driven mindset. You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team of engineers to design, develop, and maintain a large-scale, mathematically-oriented platform that meets the evolving needs of our investment, technical, and operations teams.
