About the Role

We are hiring a Pre-Primary Coordinator (Early Years Academic Coordinator) to lead and manage our preschool and pre-primary programs for children aged 2–6 years. The role involves guiding teachers, implementing curriculum, ensuring safety standards, and building robust parent partnerships to deliver high-quality early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement age-appropriate early years curriculum aligned with learning goals.

Supervise and coach teachers: classroom observations, performance feedback, and training.

Oversee daily operations: safe classrooms, smooth activity transitions, and resource management.

Conduct student progress monitoring, identify learning gaps, and coordinate support.

Engage parents through meetings, progress reports, and home-learning guidance.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safeguarding, and health & safety protocols.

Support enrolment, record management, and reporting to leadership.

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

Degree/Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE), B.Ed., or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years’ teaching experience in pre-primary + 1 year supervisory/coordination role.

Strong skills in curriculum design, classroom management, and assessment systems.

Excellent communication, leadership, and parent-engagement abilities.

Knowledge of child safeguarding and school compliance practices.

Preferred:

Montessori / EYFS / other early years certifications.

Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE pre-primary practices.

Proficiency with digital learning/management tools and MS Office.
