Branch Loan Officer (Gold Loan Operations)

Location: Chennai / Hyderabad | Type: Full-Time, Branch-Based

Experience: 1–3 Years | Focus: Operations & Customer Service (No Sales)

ROLES

Expert Assessment: Conduct exact gold purity testing using fire assay, karat meter, and acid testing methods.

Loan Processing: Manage end-to-end documentation and disbursement for cases routed by Loan Managers (LMs).

Customer Excellence: Act as the face of the branch, assisting walk-in customers with inquiries and ensuring a professional, "customer-first" experience.

Compliance & Safety: Evaluate ornaments based on RBI Loan-to-Value (LTV) guidelines and ensure 100% accuracy in KYC, tagging, and custodianship.

Operational Integrity: Maintain a "Zero Deviation" record during audits and strictly follow SOPs for gold handling and storage.
