Are you a seasoned backend developer with a passion for building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications? We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Backend) to join our growing team at Aviintech, where innovation meets real-world impact.

This is a hybrid role based out of Bangalore, offering the flexibility to collaborate both remotely and on-site with cross-functional teams.

?‍? What You’ll Do:

Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Java (Spring Boot) or .NET Core

Develop and manage RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture for high-availability platforms

Work on Azure Cloud deployments, integrate services using GitHub Actions, and streamline DevOps workflows

Build, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth code delivery and deployment processes

Leverage Docker for containerization and support orchestration (experience with Kubernetes is a big plus)

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to deliver features on time

Provide on-call support during deployments and post-release maintenance as part of a rotating schedule

Review code, mentor junior engineers, and enforce coding standards and best practices

✅ Must-Have Skills & Experience:

7+ years of backend development experience in enterprise-grade systems

Hands-on expertise in either Java (Spring Boot) or .NET Core

Solid knowledge of Azure Cloud, including deployments and integrations

Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD workflows

Solid understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, and system design principles

Experience in working with Docker (and ideally Kubernetes)

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and communication skills
