What is the Internal Wholesaler group responsible for?
- An Internal Wholesaler (IWS) serves as the single point of contact for both sales and service requirements of distributors within the assigned territory. The role demands continuous knowledge enhancement, innovative thinking to drive business, and strong self-motivation. Regular collaboration with Regional heads, Cluster heads, External wholesalers,



and the service team is essential to ensure effective teamwork and efficient business delivery.
- The IWS is primarily responsible for generating sales in territories without a Franklin Templeton branch /physical presence. This involves leveraging industry knowledge, understanding FT products, campaigns, and solutions to proactively engage distributors through calls, online presentations, and frequent field visits to the top IWS locations of ROMG cluster. These visits include large-format meetings and one-on-one distributor interactions.
- Key responsibilities include achieving defined sales targets, expanding market share, and resolve distributor queries in partnership with the service team.
