Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting IT professionals across India in adopting and mastering key technologies
- Develop and implement a strategic IT training roadmap aligned with enterprise technical strategy and technology trends – training coverage includes Cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle, Adobe), software application/web development (Java, .NET, MEAN/MERN etc), Data engineering (PowerBI, Data Bricks), APIs, Agile, Devops, and databases (SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, postgreSQL) and many more.
- Work closely with technology teams, architects, and engineers to ensure effective technology adoption and skill growth
- Help drive continuous improvement in technical skills and enterprise architecture excellence across the organization
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of technical training programs, certifications, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Collaborate with IT leadership and business stakeholders to identify skill gaps and learning needs.
- Oversee the selection and management of learning technologies, platforms,



and vendors.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of learning programs through metrics and feedback, driving continuous improvement; Utilize the Workday Learning Management System (LMS), SharePoint, and other internal systems
- Promote a culture of knowledge sharing, innovation, and career development within the IT department.
- Manage the Training budget and ensure cost-effective delivery of programs.
- Stay current with emerging IT trends, tools, and best practices in learning and development.
- Lead change management initiatives related to learning adoption and technology upgrades.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / Computer Applications / Human Resources / Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT Training or corporate training, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership position.
