1. Loan Disbursement & Operational Execution
• Verify completeness and accuracy of loan documents, sanction letter, KFS as applicable.
• Review and validate client data entered in the system, including demographic, image, banking details and mandate details etc. as per the disbursement checklist.
• Handle rejection, reprocessing, and daily operational exceptions.
• Ensure discrepancies are raised in accordance to the disbursement checklist and handle the queries raised by internal or external stakeholders.
• Crosscheck net-off loan account including deduction of all charges as applicable.
• Coordinate with credit, sales, legal, and IT teams before disbursement for MLAP Secured loans as applicable.
• Check pre-sanction conditions and PDD to ensure to receive all required documents or approvals before processing and PDD closure follow up.
• Check insurance partner and applicable premium amount against the loan application for correct processing as applicable.
• Handle pre and post disbursement queries, reversals, and reconciliation issues, if any.




• Manage inward and outward file tracking wherever applicable.
• Verify the POA and MODT for secured loans as applicable in order to ensure the correctness of the same before execution.
• Verify the PDC/UDCs submitted.
• Ensure the correctness of the tranche disbursement and release of appropriate tranche amount in form of NEFT/DD.
• Ensure the details are correctly captured in system post delivery of the DD to respective customers to ensure the correct allocation of interest.
• UCIC check in Posidex against potential match cases.
• UCIC merge and demerge as applicable for all flagged customers post disbursement including updation in IRAC provision.
• Disbursement projection for the day, funds arrangement and allocation for the day.
• Required MIS reports publishing to internal and external stakeholders.
• Follow-up with all branches for registering mandates for mandate failure cases or Non NACH cases to ens
