3 ~ 5 years hand-on experience in Salesforce platform development

Minimum 2 years hand-on experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics

CRM Analytics and Einstein Discovery Consultant

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CRM analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Implement and customize Salesforce analytics tools (e.g., Einstein Analytics, Tableau CRM).
- Create and manage dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Optimize analytics solutions for maximum performance and scalability.
- Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce analytics.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.




- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and best practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce CRM Analytics Developer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Einstein Analytics, Tableau CRM).
- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration.
- Familiarity with SQL and other database technologies.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certification in analytics (e.g., Tableau CRM and Einstein Discovery Consultant).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools.
