ABOUT THE ROLE
Role Description:
The Associate Director, Data Acquisition provides enterprise leadership for external data acquisition, interoperability, vendor integration, and end-to-end clinical data flow strategy across therapeutic area portfolios. The role drives governance, operating model evolution, modernization, organizational capability development, and future-state external data ecosystems while ensuring delivery of scalable, compliant,



interoperable, analytics-enabled, and inspection-ready external data solutions across global portfolios.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own and drive enterprise external data acquisition, interoperability, integration, and end-to-end clinical data flow strategy across therapeutic area portfolios.
- Drive adoption, scalability, and evolution of enterprise governance and interoperability frameworks, vendor integration processes, reconciliation methodologies, API strategies, and interoperability standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop direct reports through performance management, talent development, succession planning, and capability building activities.
- Drive workforce planning and talent allocation across programs to ensure optimal utilization of data acquisition resources.
