We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end hiring process, providing an prospect to work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates while gaining practical experience in talent acquisition and recruitment operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has strong organizational skills, and is interested in building a career in HR Talent Acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Support recruiters throughout the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Screen candidate applications against predefined hiring criteria.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening conversations.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and interview panels.
