JOB DESCRIPTION
- Managed Citrix Cloud/On-Prem Workplace
- Prior experience on Citrix XenDesktop and VMware Horizon solutions
- Migration exposure would be an additional advantage
- Experience in Virtualization (VMWARE/Azure)
- Knowledge of Terraform/PowerShell
- Experience in Active Directory Infrastructure
- Good to have certification in Citrix VDI/Azure etc
- Understanding of contact center environment
- On-Prem and Cloud Citrix expert (Not necessarily Azure expert but would be great of course) but knows his way around all Citrix elements (Cloud Connectors, FAS Servers, Store Fronts, VDAs, Policies, Apps, WEM, Master Image, RBAC)
- Hypervisor (Hyper V & VMware) Knowledge
