Job Description:

Designation: Executive - Logistics

Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Minimum Graduation in Commerce, B.Com with certification in Logistics management, EXIM
- Experience in Domestic and EXIM logistics operations
- Minimum Exp.: to4 years and handled EXIM freight forwarding and Inland Logistics
- Languages: Should be proficient in oral & written communication in English, Hindi & Gujrati
- Positive coordination and interpersonal skills

Roles & responsibilities
- Export & Domestic invoices/bills generation as per policies & laws pertaining to taxation
- Interdepartmental coordination for smooth functioning of Logistics activities with Sales, Purchase & Planning.
- Vehicle planning & management as per demand in cost effective manner for domestic dispatches
- Freight cost negotiations, comparison & awarding contracts with approvals for inland & EXIM product movements
- Maintaining all statutory requirements and records as per standard, law and regulations related to logistics.




- Coordinate and Organize for collection/dispatches through logistics/transporter/freight forwarder with close tracking of the shipments till it is received at the destination.
- Coordinate with factory team as per weekly packing plan and ensure timely dispatch as per plan.
- Prepare invoice from ERP, attach T.C., Waybill and other required documents
- Prepare Certificate of Origin, Fumigation certificate and other standard export documentation
- Submission of daily MIS to management regarding Dispatches and material receipts, monthly MIS for freight costs – Plan Vs Actual, Cost optimization, Insurance claims,etc.
- Coordination with commercial function for insurance,transit certificates, country of origin certificate and other related requirements.
