Organizational Overview:
This role will be part of the Cloud & Platform group part of CTO organization.
- Cloud team is responsible for the SYF public cloud platform & services.
- Govern health, performance, capacity, and costs of resources and ensure adherence to service levels
- Build well defined processes for cloud application development and service enablement.
Role Summary/Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between software development and operations by creating an environment for efficient development, testing, and deployment of software. The Engineer will work closely with the platform, infrastructure teams, and operations team to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Infra, platform and operations teams to improve the IaC development and deployment process
- Design, deploy, and maintain Kubernetes clusters in various environments (on-premises, cloud, hybrid) to support container
